Blue Apron Vegetarian 7/16/13
Another box of vegetarian culinary fun arrived today. Since we are in the middle of this terrible heat wave, I'm excited to see a menu that seems light and refreshing this week.
Tabbouleh with Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Manchego Cheese, and Champagne Vinegar
Cannellini Bean and Escarole Salad with Crispy Potatoes
French Lentils with Fennel, Grapefruit, and Avocado
