Pork Chops with Cherry Salsa and Couscous

D had our second Plated meal almost done when I came home from dinner last night!  We don't usually eat pork chops but this dish with the cherries and couscous was amazing.

One thing we should have considered was butterflying the pork fillets before cooking since they were so thick.  We ended up doing it midway though cooking and they still turned out quite tender. 


The cherry salsa was divine.  I loved the spicy/sweet combo.



The couscous were tasty and very easy to prepare. 


Overall another successful dish!  We are definitely liking Plated!
